The manor, established in the 1560s, was for longer periods of time associated with the von Stackelbergs, von Seebergs and von Wulfs. The historicist main building was built in the manor in the second half of the 19th century. Today, it is used as a nursing home and it was heavily remodelled in the 20th century.

By the historical distribution the manor was in Pärnu-Eliisabeti Parish in Pärnumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Sauga Municipality in Pärnumaa County.
